Our delivery services currently include:

  • Home delivery of prescribed medicines (within selected areas in Hisar)
  • Delivery of diagnostic test reports (via email, WhatsApp, or courier if requested)
  • Delivery of health packages or home sample collection kits
  • Delivery of online consultation summaries, prescriptions, or invoices

We do not currently offer delivery of heavy medical equipment or devices (e.g., wheelchairs, oxygen cylinders), unless arranged through a third-party provider.

2. Service Availability

Our delivery services are limited to:

  • Local delivery within Hisar city (for medicine and sample collection kits)
  • Digital delivery (across India) for medical reports, prescriptions, and summaries
  • Courier delivery (PAN India) for select services like sample kits, if applicable

Availability of delivery depends on your location, service requested, and product type. All deliveries are subject to serviceability of our logistics or lab partners.

3. Delivery Timelines

a. Medicine Delivery

  • Same-day or next-day delivery within Hisar (subject to stock and prescription verification)
  • Delivery Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (excluding public holidays)

b. Lab Reports and Test Results

  • Digital delivery: within 24–48 hours (via email/WhatsApp)
  • Courier delivery (if opted): within 3–7 working days, depending on the address

c. Sample Collection Kits

  • Home delivery: Within 1–2 working days (Hisar only)
  • For courier-based requests: Delivery as per courier partner timelines

Note: Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, public holidays, or technical delays.

4. Delivery Charges

We strive to offer affordable and efficient delivery:

  • Medicine Delivery:
    • Free for orders above ₹500 (within Hisar)
    • ₹30–₹50 for orders below ₹500 (depending on distance)
  • Courier Charges:
    • Vary based on location, weight, and urgency (actual rates shared during checkout or on request)
  • Digital Delivery (Email/WhatsApp): Free of charge

5. Packaging and Handling

All medicines, reports, and kits are packed securely to maintain privacy, hygiene, and safety. In the case of sensitive medical documents or lab samples, we use tamper-proof, sealed packaging as per medical standards.

6. Order Verification and Delivery Attempts

  • Medicine Orders will be verified against a valid prescription before dispatch
  • If the recipient is unavailable during delivery, we may attempt redelivery once or request you to collect the item from our hospital
  • If incorrect delivery details are provided, we are not responsible for failed deliveries or delays

Please ensure your address, contact number, and delivery instructions are accurate at the time of placing an order.

7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive:

  • Damaged packaging
  • Incorrect medicines or kits
  • Missing items in your order

We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by third-party courier agencies beyond our control, but we will assist you in resolving any concerns.
