1. Scope of Refund Policy

  • Tele-consultation or online appointment services

This includes payments for:

  • Doctor consultations (in-person or online)
  • Diagnostic tests
  • Health packages and preventive check-ups
  • Surgeries and inpatient bookings
  • Other healthcare-related services

2. General Refund Guidelines

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • Double payment or excess payment
  • Service not availed or appointment cancelled in advance
  • Doctor unavailability or schedule change from the hospital side
  • Technical error in online payment processing
  • Ineligible or failed online transaction

3. Non-Refundable Services

Please note, certain services are non-refundable once confirmed or rendered:

  • Consultation fees after the doctor has seen the patient (online or in-person)
  • Emergency care and ambulance services
  • Health packages once initiated
  • Surgeries or procedures cancelled within 12 hours of scheduled time (except in critical circumstances)
  • Medications or items purchased from our pharmacy
  • Diagnostic tests that have already been performed

4. Cancellation and Refund Process

a. Appointment Cancellation

  • If a patient cancels an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, a full refund will be processed (after deduction of any transaction charges).
  • If cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, no refund will be issued unless there is a medical emergency or valid reason.

b. Hospital-Initiated Cancellations

If the hospital cancels your appointment, procedure, or diagnostic service due to doctor unavailability or unforeseen issues, you may choose to:

  • Reschedule the appointment
  • Or request a full refund

c. Online Payment Issues

In case of double payment or failed transactions, please notify us immediately. We will verify the transaction and initiate a refund within the stipulated timeline.

When requesting a refund, please share:

  • Full name and contact number
  • Payment receipt or transaction reference number

  • Service for which payment was made

Once your request is received, we will:

  1. Verify the details with the concerned department
  2. Inform you of refund eligibility within 3–5 working days
  3. Process eligible refunds within 7–10 working days via the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, UPI, etc.)

6. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be processed using the same mode through which the payment was made. For example:

  • Online UPI/Net Banking β†’ Refund to same account
  • Credit/Debit card β†’ Refund to same card
  • Cash payments β†’ Refund through cheque or cash (as per hospital billing policy)

We do not offer refunds in the form of vouchers or gift cards unless explicitly requested by the patient.


7. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stipulated time:

  • Check your bank or payment service provider
  • Contact your card issuer or bank (sometimes it takes a few business days for the refund to reflect)
  • If still not resolved, please contact our accounts or billing department for assistance

8. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the refund decision, you may escalate the issue to our hospital administration. We will review the case with complete transparency and provide a fair resolution.
